The hotel had spacious rooms in meticulous condition but lacked cleanliness and fresh towels. The bathroom was also spacious, offering a comfortable stay. The service fell short with unmet requests for bedding change and towel refill. The location was convenient, close to many attractions and amenities. The dining experience, although included, was limited to cooked eggs. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory but had room for improvement.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms lacked proper cleaning and fresh towels, but were equipped with good air circulation and a tub. I was hoping for a high-floor room but didn’t get one. The service was disappointing as they didn't change our bedding upon request and didn't refill our towels. However, the hotel does offer some useful amenities like housekeeping and shuttle services.
The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Flushing, offering a bustling neighborhood with many intriguing food options within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, with important amenities like a fridge and good air circulation, but the housekeeping service fell short in response to requests.
